Jenni is caring, helpful and full of positivity! I've had a number of hypnotherapy sessions to help with stress. I now feel more in control of my life and look for a better outlook. I have also lost weight with feeling better about things.
I would definitely recommend her services.

Jennie is fantastic when it comes to her therapies and yoga! With working full time and having horses sometimes after a stressful week it's the perfect way for me to relax and unwind! I sometimes struggle with getting tense and knotted up after over doing myself or even sleeping funny, Jennie has always found the problem and relieved the pressure . She was also fantastic when I had a large cyst
on my neck (I was under the doctor, and it was bigger than a golf ball) after having one treatment the swelling had gone down! Would recommend to all my friends and family! And already have!

YIN YOGA
I recently started jennies yin yoga class- it’s a slow yoga with a wide range of poses to stretch into and hold for a certain amount of time, you can really feel the stretch of the connective tissue and joints opening up. Since starting the class my joints are less stiff and with jennies knowledge, clarity and yoga expertise the class gives me a sense of calm and rejuvenation. Thanks Jen, Namaste 🙏
I’ve tried many treatments with Jennie. her technique and expertise in massage therapy has fully alleviated my lower back problem which I’ve suffered years of pain with. I continue to have regularly massage which eases my aches and pains but also is extremely relaxing. I’ve recently had a kinesiology session which fixed my severe neck pain. I would highly recommend Jennies work, I find her professional, committed and totally in tune with my ailments adjusting her techniques to resolve my problems. Many thanks jennie 🙏

I had never done yoga before joining Jennie's classes so it was great to find a class where everyone is made to feel welcome. Jennie is great at showing us different options for the poses to suit individual ability. Starting something new in my early fifties was a challenge but now I can't imagine not doing Yoga. The classes are fun and engaging and you feel great afterwards. I would also recommend the treatments that Jennie offers. I have had Hopi Candle treatment and facial massage with Jennie when I was struggling with ongoing sinus problems. They made me feel a whole lot better!

Jennie is a fantastic yoga teacher, unfortunately I've had no experience of her treatments but as a yoga teacher she's really great. She's friendly, and the atmosphere she brings to a room is so relaxing. She runs a great class filled with helpful tips, and she always corrects your pose to ensure you don't hurt yourself if you're out of alignment. The price is reasonable for the level of teaching and contribution you receive, and I always left the class feeling so quiet, calm and lifted.

I came across Jennie having seen lots of physiotherapists over a long period of time and a few treatments later my pain was gone. Jennie is a fantastic lady and I would recommend anyone goes to see her. She has such a vast knowledge of techniques for massage and really gets to the place where it hurts. A lovely person who puts you at ease. Thank you!

I have been to Jennie's yoga class several times and find hers to be one of the most authentic and 'true' in Scarborough at the present time. She has not merely just jumped on the yoga bandwagon, as many have done in recent times, but stays true to yogic roots and traditional teaching - with a bit of a laugh and a joke thrown in at times - and has a wealth of genuine experience to show in her teaching also. I was lucky enough to have a private session with Jenny and would recommend this to anyone with a specific condition/problem to address. Jennie is non-intrusive and nonjudgmental. I now have a go-to sequence to practise at home, if ever I am struggling with my injury. I would not hesitate to recommend Jennie's Therapies & Yoga to anyone.

I go to Jennies yoga class every week and I can’t recommend it enough. She is a great teacher who is enthusiastic about her students progress and is always checking our postitions. I feel like I have made real progress as I can now touch my toes with ease (this is a big thing for me). I went for lower back pain originally and now I can honestly say I have not felt such pain for 3 months. I look forward to getting better and continuing with my journey 😁

I have attended Jennie's yoga classes. I don't really like Mondays that much but knowing I have yoga in the evening gets me through the day. She is an understanding teacher and has a good knowledge of yoga. She also has a passion for yoga which is evident in her manner when she is teaching, or generally chatting before or after the class. I leave the class feeling balanced and calm. Highly recommended.
